Terms & Conditions

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Submitting the order form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm availability and share payment details before work begins.
• Slots are limited — your date is not reserved until payment is received.

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of all listed features for the selected package.
• Current launch prices are promotional and subject to change without prior notice.
• A non-refundable deposit of RM50 is required to confirm your booking and begin production.
• The remaining balance is due after you have reviewed and approved the final invitation, before the link is published and shared.
• We accept payment via bank transfer (TNG / DuitNow / online banking). Payment details will be shared upon confirmation.

• You are responsible for providing all required content (names, wedding details, photos, song preference, etc.) within 7 days of booking confirmation.
• Delays in content submission may push back your delivery date.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by late or incomplete content.
• By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them solely to produce your invitation.

Timelines begin from the date all content is received and verified — not from the date of payment.

These are estimates, not guarantees. During peak wedding seasons, timelines may be slightly longer.

Premium bookings must be made at least 3 months before the event date. Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.

• Basic: No revisions included. Minor factual corrections (e.g. a typo in a name or date) may be requested once at no charge.
• Standard: 1 round of revisions included.
• Premium: 2 rounds of revisions included.

A "revision round" covers a set of feedback submitted at one time. Each additional revision round beyond the included allowance is charged at RM30 per round.

Revisions requested after the card has been published and shared are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Your invitation link is hosted for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• After 1 year, the link will expire unless renewed. Renewal pricing will be offered prior to expiry.
• The RSVP and wishes features will automatically close after the event date: 3 months (Basic), 4 months (Standard), or 6 months (Premium). The invitation itself remains viewable until the hosting period ends.
• We are not liable for any disruption to third-party services (e.g. music streaming, map services) embedded in the invitation.

• The RM50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
• If you cancel after paying the deposit but before submitting your content, the deposit will not be returned.
• After production begins (content received): The remaining balance is not charged, but the deposit is forfeited.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• All designs, illustrations, and creative assets produced by Merpati remain our intellectual property.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to share and use the invitation link for your event.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs or templates.
• We reserve the right to showcase the invitation in our portfolio and on social media, unless you opt out by notifying us in writing before delivery.

• You are responsible for reviewing all details before approving the final invitation.
• Once approved and published, any corrections are subject to the revision policy above.
• Merpati is not liable for errors in content that were approved by the client.

Merpati's liability is limited to the amount paid for your package. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or unavailability of the invitation.
